Royalles Health Foundation
A new website and content system for a Ghanaian health foundation that runs free screenings and outreach across communities.

The challenge
The foundation's old site was on a hosted builder that was hard to update. It held years of real work, including events, a team of volunteers and more than a hundred outreach photos, but none of it was easy to find, and donors had no clear way to give.
Years of outreach work, finally told properly, and easy for the foundation to update.
What we built
- A site built around the workProgrammes, impact, events and the people behind them, told in the foundation's own words.
- Content systemFoundation staff edit pages, events, team, sponsors and homepage slides themselves.
- GalleryOutreach photos imported from the old site into albums, with bulk upload for new ones.
- SponsorsPartner logos on their own page and across the site.
- DonationsOnline giving through Paystack, confirmed on the server before it is recorded.
- Fast on any phoneHero videos re-encoded from 44 MB to under 6 MB, and still images for visitors on data saver.

Under the hood
Laravel 12 with a Filament admin. 66 automated tests cover pages, permissions, image handling and donations, and every page passes an accessibility check.
What we did: Website redesign, CMS, Content migration, Donations
