School management software for Ghanaian schools: students, academics, fees, parent and teacher portals, and Paystack billing.
The challenge
Most schools in Ghana still run admissions, results and fees on paper and spreadsheets. Parents chase receipts, teachers re-type grades, and owners have no clear view of who has paid. Existing systems are either built for other markets or too expensive for a single school.

What we built
- One platform, many schoolsEach school gets its own private, branded space. Data never crosses between schools.
- AcademicsAcademic years, terms, classes, subjects, attendance, grading and results.
- Fees and receiptsFee structures, invoices, payments and balances, so owners always know who has paid.
- PortalsTeachers, parents and students each see only what belongs to them.
- AnnouncementsMessages to the whole school or a single class, by email and in the app.
- Subscription billingSchools subscribe and pay through Paystack, with free trials and automatic renewals.
Under the hood
Next.js and Supabase. Every table is protected by row-level security in the database, so isolation does not depend on application code. Payment status comes only from verified Paystack webhooks, and a nightly job handles expiring subscriptions.
