Website, customer portal and licence console for roof design and estimating software used by truss fabricators and roofing contractors.
The challenge
NGC builds TrussForge, desktop software that turns site measurements into a 3D roof, truss designs, a sheet layout and a quote. They needed to explain a technical product to fabricators and estimators, take demo requests and trials, and give customers somewhere to manage their seats and users.

What we built
- A product site that demonstratesInteractive demos let visitors enter tape measurements and watch the software flag a bad reading, before they ever download anything.
- Real sign-up and trialsCompanies create an account, verify their email and start a trial organisation straight from the website.
- Customer portalOrganisation admins invite their team, assign seats per module, change roles and see recent activity.
- Staff consoleThe TrussForge team sees every company, its seats and its demo requests in one place.
- Transactional emailVerification, password reset, invites and demo requests go out from the company domain.
Under the hood
Plain PHP 8 and MySQL on shared hosting, so the client can run it cheaply. Passwords are hashed, sessions are secure-only, sign-up is rate-limited, and secrets live outside the web root.
